The Orang Utan

Having a life span of between 35 and 40 years, orang utans live in a group of around 10 to 20, spending most of their time in treetops
The Orang Utan, which literally means Man of the Forest, can only be found in Malaysia and Indonesia

Based on studies, there are only about 7,000 orang utans left in the wild.

They are classified as an endangered species by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), the world’s oldest and largest global environmental organisation.
