Boat Noodle

U kidding me??!!
No No...really!!
But the portion is very very small

Actually what so special about boat noodle. Based on my thai friend, Boat noodle is called Guai Dtiaw Rua.
at Thailand, the noodle is selling from the boat. Each person at least must take about 5 / 6 bowls.

So this soup was a classic of the era when the boats would pull up to the shore and tie off, and serve soup to people who would come eat on the banks of the canal; or it would be served in one of the more crowded urban floating market places.
